Please request at least 5 days in advance so an artist can accept and send preparation details — requests made less than 5 days out may not be guaranteed an artist. No charge until your booking is confirmed; once confirmed, payment is processed in full and is non-refundable. Installment invoicing is available on request. You may request a date up to 2 years ahead.

Yes. You can browse artist profiles, view portfolios, read client reviews, and request your preferred artist based on availability.

Do you travel to my location?

Absolutely. Team Flawless and Totally Flawless specialize in on-location beauty services. Our artists travel to homes, hotels, event venues, offices, and other approved locations, bringing a luxury beauty experience directly to you.

What occasions do you provide services for?

Our artists are available for weddings, pageants, photoshoots, galas, proms, corporate events, red carpet appearances, graduations, birthdays, date nights, holiday parties, and any special occasion where you want to look and feel your best.

Can I book services for multiple people?

Yes. We offer individual and group bookings for bridal parties, families, pageant contestants, corporate events, and other special occasions. Depending on the size of your group, multiple artists may be assigned to ensure everyone is ready on time.

What should I do before my appointment?

For the best results, arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed and a freshly cleansed face free of makeup. Feel free to bring inspiration photos so your artist can create a look tailored to your vision.

What products do your artists use?

Our artists work with professional, high-quality beauty products selected for long-lasting wear and beautiful results. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or product preferences, simply let us know before your appointment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled according to our booking policy. We recommend providing as much notice as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please review our Booking Policy for complete details.

How long will my hair and makeup appointment take?

Appointment times vary depending on the services selected and the complexity of your desired look. Most individual appointments take between 60 and 120 minutes, while larger group bookings are scheduled to ensure everyone is event-ready on time.
