Team Flawless is a collective of professional hair and makeup artists based in Houston. We come to you — your home, your hotel suite, the bridal room at your venue — and we stay until everyone is ready. Most of our work is weddings, and most of those weddings are somewhere between the Heights and Galveston, though we travel for destination days too.

Bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers, anyone else getting ready with you. We bring enough artists that nobody waits, working backwards from the time you need to leave.
A full run-through before the day: we agree the look, photograph it in daylight and flash, and write down what was used so the morning itself holds no surprises.
Across Houston and the surrounding area, and further for destination weddings. If your venue is not listed, ask — travel beyond the city is quoted on the day's distance.
Yes. We are on-location: our artists come to your home, hotel or venue anywhere in the Houston area, and travel further across Texas and nationwide for destination weddings.
Most brides book six to twelve months ahead for a Saturday in spring or autumn. We ask for at least five days' notice on any booking, and can often help sooner if an artist is free.
We recommend one. A trial runs like the wedding morning — we agree the look, photograph it, and note the products used, so the day itself is a repeat rather than an experiment.
Yes. We schedule multiple artists so everyone is ready together rather than in a queue. Tell us how many people and when you need to be finished, and we plan the morning backwards from that.
