Terms of Service

By using this website or booking services with Team Flawless, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Payment

  • Submitting a booking is a request — no payment is taken at that time. Your requested date and time are held as pending until an artist picks up and confirms your booking.
  • Once an artist confirms your booking, payment is processed in full. All payments are non-refundable.
  • We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance so an artist can confirm your booking and send preparation details. Requests made fewer than 5 days before the date may not be guaranteed an available artist.
  • Bookings are accepted based on artist availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation.
  • Paying in installments? Installment invoices are available on request — email info@teamflawless.com.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Because no payment is taken until an artist confirms your booking, a pending request may be cancelled at any time at no charge.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and paid, all payments are non-refundable.
  • To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible at info@teamflawless.com. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability.

Services

  • All services are performed by trained, professional artists. Results may vary based on individual skin type, hair texture, and other factors.
  • Clients are responsible for disclosing any known skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.
  • Team Flawless reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service if a client's condition poses a risk to themselves or our artists.
  • Travel fees apply for events outside our standard service area and will be quoted in advance.

Trials & Consultations

Consultations are complimentary. Trials (hair and/or makeup) are billed at the rates listed on our Services page. Trial fees are not credited toward the final balance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shop & Product Orders

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products for hygiene reasons.
  • If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@teamflawless.com with photos and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Team Flawless is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Photography & Social Media

By booking with Team Flawless, you grant us permission to photograph and share images of our work for portfolio, website, and social media use, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your appointment. You will never be identified by full name without your consent.

Limitation of Liability

Team Flawless's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
